Faith in the Workplace
God has a job at Armstrong International. In fact, He's always here, even when we're not. One of the many remarkable things about God is that He's always available and accessible to every employee, on or off the job. All we have to do is ask.
Chaplain - "One who cares for others."
Mission of the Armstrong Chaplain
To share God's love to all employees and their families through visits in the chaplain's office & in the chapel; visits to the employee's & retiree's homes; visits on the job site, be it Shop or Office; visits to the hospitals and nursing homes; and to be present during the trials of life that every family will eventually face. It is a Ministry of Presence!
Vision of the Armstrong Chaplaincy
Statistics show that at any given time, 15% of the employee's and their families of any company are in some sort of crisis. Death, divorce, sickness, disease, aging parents, financial burdens, even raising children, or any number of things causing us to react negatively or positively, affect our jobs and our lives and can keep us from being productive. For Chaplains, compassion is their passion. To reach out to the lost and hurting with God's love is their joy.
Statistics also show that 60% of the employee's of any given company do not have a home church or pastor to turn to during these crisis situations.
The Chaplaincy at Armstrong International is a non-denominational ministry. The chaplain will pray with you, talk with you, walk with you, cry with you, and laugh with you.
