H.J. Heinz, L.P. Receives Environmental Award -- Credits Armstrong Service as Key Partner
King of Prussia, Pa,— H.J. Heinz, L.P., one of the world's leading marketers of branded foods to retail and foodservice channels, was recognized for the second consecutive year by Upper Merion Township, just outside of Philadelphia, for outstanding efforts in achieving compliance with the township’s wastewater discharge regulations during 2006. Armstrong Service, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Armstrong International, a world leader in intelligent system solutions for steam, air and hot water utility applications, serves as the primary operations and maintenance partner for the H.J. Heinz plant and accepted the award on behalf of Heinz.
