Did you know: 10 X 10 = 100, and 100 is the gallons per minute we can generate with the Flo-H2O 100 water heater.
The Air in the Steam
How much of a problem is a “little air” in a steam system? Does it warrant taking the measures necessary to vent the air? Industrial steam systems have the potential to conserve—or waste—great quantities of heat energy. Increases in fuel costs have resulted in widespread conservation programs that have produced remarkable results. However, the effects of air in any steam system are often underestimated or completely overlooked. This video program describes the effects of air in steam from a conservation standpoint and suggests ways to improve steam system efficiency.
